Matilda Isaacs

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, Involved, and inventive. My classes are motivating and challenging so you can expect a huge endorphin kick for sure but more importantly a longer life.  My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my phone and my guilty pleasure is sudoku. My friends would say I’m kind, inspiring, supportive, a coffee addict, a superstar napper, and fearless.
