Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be upbeat, challenging, and purposeful. My classes are fun and energetic so you can expect to be challenged mentally and physically, pushing out of your comfort zone for growth purposes, in a fun, energetic, and judgement free environment. My favorite day of the week is Sunday, FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is a mix of hip hop, remixes, throwbacks, and top 40.
On a personal note, I can’t live without sweets; my sweet tooth is very needy and my guilty pleasure is pizza; could eat it everyday. My friends would say I’m funny, intelligent, and underrated.
