Brit Nardolillo

Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, motivating, fun. My classes are kick-ass, energetic, good vibes so you can expect to be held accountable and pushed past any boundaries you may have thought you had coming in. You will leave feeling exhausted yet satisfied. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop and EDM. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without bread and my guilty pleasure is putting cayenne pepper on everything. My friends would say  I am loving, loyal, honest and funny… I hope!
