Stephen Darling

Three words to describe my teaching style would be fun, energetic, and rewarding. My classes are entertaining and spicy, so you can expect a laugh, a smile, and that “I can’t believe I just did that” feeling. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is electronic (Dropping that BASS).

On a personal note, I can’t live without my sleeping mask and my guilty pleasure is In-N-Out (It’s superior, don’t @ me). My friends would say… for someone who runs ultra marathons, surprisingly never that serious!
