Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, honest, and encouraging. My classes are challenging but rewarding so you can expect high energy beats, lots of jokes, and good vibes. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is alllll the Real Housewives franchises. My friends would say I’m resilient, loyal, playful, & loving.
