Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be vibrant, purposeful, and confident. My classes are social and inspiring. So you can expect your senses to ignite – fluid movement, pounding beats, and pure vibes. My favorite day of the week is Monday – ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is the remixes! House music, afro tech house & electronic dance music.
On a personal note I can’t live without my silence and my guilty pleasure is Rum&Coke, so unsophisticated lol. My friends would say I am the composed one, all quiet grace – until the moment strikes, and he lunges.
