Get to know me

Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, silly, and fun. My classes are form-focused and electric so you can expect reaching higher sprint speeds and heavier weights over time! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Early 2000’s Pop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is napping any hour of the day. My friends would describe me as walking sunshine with complementary SPF..
