Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be playful, personable and empowering. My classes are high-energy, motivating, engaging so you can expect a fun challenge paired with the greatest beat drops and me as their biggest hype girl and cheerleader to help them feel their strongest. I believe in each and every person that walks into the red room! My favorite day of the week is Saturday FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is The perfect blend of hip hop and edm!
On a personal note, I can’t live without Ice cream – more specifically salt & straw + caffè panna and my guilty pleasure is Vanderpump Rules + Summer House (any reality tv really). My friends would say I’m the smallest yet loudest one in the room that is full of fiery energy and spunk.
