My Saturday FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS class is designed to be fun, rewarding, and challenging, pushing you to work hard while enjoying every minute of it. You can expect big energy, banging playlists, and an unforgettable workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to take on whatever comes next.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me listening to techno, enjoying sushi or dumplings, or treating myself to something sweet. I’d describe myself as equal parts coach, hype man, and friend, and that’s exactly the energy I bring into every class. My goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, empowered, and motivated to be your best every time you step into the Red Room.
