Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, inclusive, and inspirational. My classes are challenging yet and powering, so you can expect a challenging workout but walking out of the Red Room inspired and ready to go again! Building community and fun themes are my love languages so there will be many themes and events on the schedule! All I ask is that every time you step in the Red Room, you bring your best for whatever that looks like today. My favorite day of the week is Thursday – ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is I can’t chose one but I lean towards remixes you can sing along to!
On a personal note, I can’t live without traveling and reality TV. My friends would say I am always down for anything and forever bringing the energy!
