Three words to describe my teaching style would be intense, upbeat, and inclusive. My classes are effective and challenging so you can expect an efficient, kick-ass programming that leaves you sweaty and feeling accomplished.  My favorite day of the week is Sunday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is throwback pop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without wine and my guilty pleasure is anything and everything Taylor Swift. My friends would say I’m lively, persuasive, and hard-working!
