Jake White

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, exciting and technical. My classes are party like and challenging so you can expect a challenging class with a party of a playlist. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without caffeine and my guilty pleasure is all sour candy.  My friends would say I’m someone who works hard and plays harder.
