Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be fun, dynamic and welcoming. My classes are challenging and athletic so you can expect dynamic workouts inspired from performance and athletic training, but designed to be achievable and interactive as a community. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is Latin House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without cheetos and my guilty pleasure is my cinnamon roll cravings in the middle of the night. My friends would say I’m loyal, always present, funny, and Quad King apparently.
