Get to know me

I bring an energetic, encouraging, and precise coaching style to every class, with a focus on challenging yet structured programming that helps you feel confident in what you’re doing. My goal is simple: to help you believe you CAN. Every session in the Red Room is designed so you leave feeling proud of yourself, stronger than when you walked in, and excited to come back and do it all again. My Saturday FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS classes are where that really comes to life — expect focus, intention, and plenty of motivation to keep you moving.

Outside of class, I’m someone who’s constantly in motion — whether that’s my own daily workouts or just embracing a high-energy, always-on lifestyle. I care deeply about the people around me and bring that same heart into every session I teach. Fueled by candy and a whirlwind of energy, I try to make every class feel supportive, uplifting, and a little bit fun even when it’s tough. With my Nordic roots and a love for structured training, I’m here to help you push your limits and leave the Red Room feeling unstoppable.
