Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, fun, excited. My classes are effective, challenging so you can expect we’re going to work hard together today to get stronger for tomorrow. My favorite day of the week is Sunday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is pop remixed.

On a personal note, I can’t live without snacks and my guilty pleasure is a GOOD glass of champagne. My friends would say I’m always down for a good time (but also a nap).
