Maggie Crymes

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, positive, and strong. My classes are fun and achievable, so you can expect to feel empowered and strong at the end of the 50 minutes because they felt encouraged and motivated to give it their all. My favorite day of the week is FRIDAY FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop and pop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my puppy Millie and my guilty pleasure is rewatching Grey’s Anatomy series . My friends would describe me as friendly, easy-going, and supportive.
