Three words to describe my teaching style would be positive, motivating, and clear. My classes are a limit-pushing party, so you can expect a pop-filled challenge meant to show you how strong you really are. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is pop/EDM/house. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without dancing, my guilty pleasure is ice cream, and my friends would say I’m laidback on the surface, but a burning Aries underneath. Friendly, open, and always down to meet up on the dance floor.
