Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, high energy, and positive. My classes are fun, and challenging so you can expect to leave that Red Room in the BEST mood. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, Abs and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is anything you can dance to.
On a personal note, I can’t live without cookies, my guilty pleasure is reality TB, and my friends would say I’m optimistic and a real good time.
