Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be engaging, empowering & electric. My classes are challenging and motivating, so you can expect to work hard, get sweaty and have fun while doing it. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist is a mix of EDM remixes & mashups.
On a personal note, I can’t live without cold brew coffee and my guilty pleasure is reality TV. My friends would describe me as sometimes funny, definitely relatable, and always down to have a good time.
