Three words to describe my teaching style would be upbeat, sassy, and high energy. My classes are dynamic and challenging so you can expect my class is difficult yet achievable, while playing all of your favorite hits. My favorite day of the week is Monday, ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is Bubblegum Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Celsius Kiwi Guava and my guilty pleasure is Shania Twain . My friends would say I’m quiet at first, then the life of the party.
