Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, uplifting, and motivating. You will walk out feeling amazing, knowing you couldn’t have possibly given anymore! 🔥So you can expect a challenging red room, with lots of energy and a few giggles along the way! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is high energy remixes to get you through!
On a personal note, I can’t live without cucumbers and my friends would say I’m naughty, clumsy, energetic, kind.
