Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, playful, and tough love. My classes are fierce, and feel good so you can expect a hard work that feels enjoyable always fresh and fun. My favorite day of the week is Friday – FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is edm/pop/dancehall/regaetton.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is trying weird food combinations. My friends would say I’m genuine, vibrant, approachable, also determined and unstoppable.
