Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivating, and uplifting. My classes are tough and inspiring so you can expect a one hour transformation with a killer playlist. My favorite day of the week is Monday, ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Top 40 mixed up with the great pop/hip-hop I grew up with.
On a personal note, I can’t live without gummy bears & Sour Patch Kids and my guilty pleasure is pasta and wine. My friends would say I’m a chill guy who knows when to have fun and when to get down to business.
