Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be intentional, encouraging, and supportive. My classes are focused, challenging, and upbeat so you can expect a challenging (but scalable) class that flows well with some timed out beat drops for those push moments. Who doesn’t love a good energy burst to finish out your sweat? My favorite day of the week is Saturday, FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop remixes (but the good kind, I promise).
On a personal note, I can’t live without my pup ◡̈ and my guilty pleasure is going to bed at 9pm!!!!! My friends would say I’m thoughtful, reliable, perceptive, and fun! (with grandma tendencies).
