Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be authentic, joyful and unexpected. My classes are simply athletic so you can expect a joyful, intentional movement that leaves you sweating and smiling. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is energetic pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Beyoncé and my guilty pleasure is trash reality TV. My friends would say I’m that one friend that always finds a reason to dance.
