Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be genuine, fun, and motivating. My classes are challenging and inclusive, so you can expect to get the most out of the 50 minutes. I love heavy lifts and explosive movements. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog Bruno and my guilty pleasures are: Go Greek frozen yogurt, chocolate, hamburger and fries. My friends would describe me as a hard worker and caring. I work hard in the red room AND outside the Red Room.
