Tara McElroy

Three words to describe my teaching style would be upbeat, passionate, and thoughtful. My classes are high-energy and motivating, so you can expect fun, sweat and to leave feeling empowered. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is a little bit of everything!

On a personal note, I can’t live without a phone charger because I’m always at 2%. My guilty pleasure is ice cream, and my friends would say I’m fiercely loyal, always busy and everyones biggest cheerleader!
