Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be dynamic, inspirational, and energetic. My classes are positive and challenging, so you can expect high energy motivating you through the discomfort. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog Wheeler and my guilty pleasure is a espresso martini. My friends would describe me as strong, independent, loyal with an unmistakable laugh.
