Three words to describe my teaching style would informative, beat-based & challenging. My classes are fun & dynamic so you can expect to see a wide range of music & dance moves! My favorite day of the week isTuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice isPop/Hip-hop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Sweetgreen and my guilty pleasure is Chick-fil-a. My friends would say I’m fun, outgoing & go with the flow!
