Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, direct and fun. My classes are fresh and gritty so you can expect a high energy fast paced workout that feels like a party. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my Burts Bee’s lip balm and my guilty pleasure is trashy reality TV. My friends would say I’m the smallest but loudest one of the group.
