Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, challenging, and empowering. My classes are tough and energetic so you can expect to get outside your comfort zone but I’ll be your biggest cheerleader while you do it! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without sour candy and my guilty pleasure is the F bomb. My friends would say I’m a true Aries, 0-100 real quick.
