Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be playful, flirty, and encouraging. My classes are empowering, and most of all, FUN, so you can expect a slow burn on the floor with fast tread work. My favorite day of the week is Monday, Arms and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is pop and EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without the people I love the most, my guilty pleasure is a warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, and my friends would say I’m a funny, chaotic person that loves to bring good people together.
