Johan D. Sell

Three words that describe my teaching style are energetic, clear, and approachable.  My class is fun and tough so you can expect an organized, well-planned class with high energy, positivity, hard work, and killer music!  My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is EDM, Dance Pop, Progressive House, and Melodic Techno.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Spotify and my guilty pleasure is pizza.  My friends would say I’m social, happy, young minded with a touch of OCD.
