Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, engaging, and encouraging. My classes are powerful, and entertaining so you can expect to leave class feeling accomplished! We’ll celebrate every little victory. My favorite day of the week is Saturday – FULL BODY – UPPER BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without potatoes and my guilty pleasure is watching Seinfeld to fall asleep every night. My friends would say I’m optimistic and encouraging but also get shit DONE.
