Three words to describe my teaching style would be intentional, engaging, and lively. My classes are vibes, and high-energy. So you can expect to get your ass kicked. In a fun way :D. My favorite day of the week is Sunday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is hip-hop/Techno mix for class always. Indie/soul when I’m alone.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my family & friends and my guilty pleasure is snacking. My friends would say I’m entertaining and funny and thoughtful. Also a hustler.
