Eleni Seager

Three words to describe my teaching style would be high-energy, dynamic, and motivating. My classes are empowering and fun, so you can expect to feel confident and stronger (physically and mentally) every day. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist is a mix of Rap/hip hop and EDM Trap. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without Tyson (my pup) and my guilty pleasure is a glass of wine during the sunset. My friends would describe me as fun, energetic, honest… and likes to talk a lot.
