Three words to describe my teaching style would be upbeat, empowering, and relational. My classes are dynamic and effective, so you can expect to be pushed to work hard in my classes and to always walk out feeling better than you did when you walked in. My favorite day of the week is Saturday, Full Body – Upper Body Focus and my playlist genre of choice is EDM and top 40.

On a personal note, I can’t live without a post-dinner sweet treat and my guilty pleasure is reality tv and scary movies – I love a good thriller. My friends would say I am their ultimate hype-girl, loyal, and “all in” for the people I love.
