Get to know me

I bring an intentional, supportive, and empowering coaching style to every class, focused on helping you feel strong, confident, and capable every time you step into the room. My sessions are high-energy and structured, designed to build both physical strength and mental confidence while keeping you engaged from start to finish. In my Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS classes, you can expect purposeful programming, clear guidance, and an atmosphere that pushes you while still feeling fully supported.

Outside of the Red Room, I’m someone who shows up consistently with good energy, drive, and a smile — whether that’s in my own training or in everyday life. I love keeping things simple and fueled by the little things, like a Diet Coke and La gourmand Cookies, and I bring that same grounded, upbeat energy into every class I teach. Based in Toronto, I’m all about creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and motivated to keep coming back stronger every time.
