Three words to describe my teaching style would be fun, motivating, and genuine. My classes are intense and exciting, so you can expect to leave better than when you walked in. My favorite day of the week is Monday, ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is hip-hop/rap.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is women’s R&B music. My friends would say I am outgoing, passionate, caring, and fun!
