Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be fiery, encouraging, high-octane. My classes are energetic and rewarding, so you can expect to be pushed and challenged in a dynamic environment. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is pop remixes with a side of raging headbangers.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Jonathan Bailey’s existence and my guilty pleasure is scream singing the soundtrack of “The Lizzie McGuire Movie. My friends would describe me as I’m off the fricken rails..but super loving and caring.
