Get to know me
I’d describe my teaching style as empowering, educational, and a little spicy. My classes are energizing and intentional, with a focus on helping you understand the work while challenging yourself to give it your all. Show up, commit to the work, and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.
My favorite day to teach is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and you can expect plenty of pop to keep the energy high. Outside the Red Room, I’m a proud cat person with a serious weakness for anything chocolate—especially chocolate chip cookies. My friends would describe me as funny, loyal, caring, and inspiring, and I bring that same energy into every class.
