Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be Energetic, Playful, and Empowering. My classes are Intense and Fun AF, so you can expect a high-energy, non-stop party that’s challenging enough to make you push harder and fun enough to make you wanna dance! My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop and rap.
On a personal note, I can’t live without is my dogs Theo and Lucy and my guilty pleasure is any form of chips and dip! My friends would describe me as a family-first chick who loves people selflessly, is loyal, driven, and funny! .
