If I were to describe my style I’d say it’s a mix between having fun and pushing your limits. Music to me is everything, if you sang a song in your head or even out loud in the car, it’ll be in my playlist.

Now I promise you I’m not psychotic, but I’d say my favorite part about teaching at Barry’s would be your, what we like to say, hero moments. Those moments when you feel like you can’t do anymore but have to push anyway, and all of us collectively pushing ourselves together till the end. I love it. Good news is those while we suffer we’d be singing in our heads anyway. My class is a great mix of partying and suffering together.
