Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be Inspirational, Informative and Impactful. My classes are challenging and energetic so you can expect to push past your limits, lean into challenges and have a little giggle while doing it! My favorite day of the week is Monday, ARMS and ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is alt-pop!
On a personal note, I can’t live without heated car seats, my guilty pleasure is Oreos & peanut butter (just like Lindsey Lohan and her twin), and my friends would say I’m tall dork but handsome!
