Three words to describe my teaching style would be high-energy, playful, and encouraging. My classes are invigorating and upbeat so you can expect to sweat hard, smile big, and leave the Red Room stronger. My favorite day of the week is Friday – FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is pop girlies remixed.

On a personal note, I can’t live without caffeine and my guilty pleasure is blasting Céline Dione shamelessly. My friends would say I think I am funnier than I actually am.
