Three words to describe my teaching style would be engaging, encouraging, and motivating. My classes are exciting and challenging so you can expect to work hard and have fun! My favorite day of the week is Friday, FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop remixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without dogs and my guilty pleasure is cheese. My friends would say I’m funny, loyal, and the best kind of chaos.
