Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be fun, spicy, and intentional. My classes are upbeat and motivating, so you can expect to work hard, sweat a lot, and HAVE FUN! My favorite day of the week is Thursday, ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice club.
On a personal note, I can’t live without espresso and my guilty pleasure is reality TV. My friends would say I am always down for an adventure!
