Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be effective, efficient and all-in. My classes are challenging and welcoming so you can expect to feel like you’re at a party and a half while getting your best sweat on! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is Jess Glynne Radio.
On a personal note, I can’t live without ballet and my guilty pleasure is a pack of Double Stuffed Oreos. My friends would say I’m one of a kind and original.
