Three words to describe my teaching style would be technical, motivating, and caring. My classes are lit and intense, so you can expect to look better, feel better, and ready to take on the world. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, FULL BODY – LOWER BODY and my playlist genre of choice is fire.

On a personal note, I can’t live without the gym and my guilty pleasure is partying. My friends would say I am confident, leader, magnetic, go-getter, and motivating.
