Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, inclusive, and passionate. My classes are positive and energetic so you can expect a fun, welcoming environment that motivates and inspires you to be the best, strongest version of yourself. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is Top Hits and Remixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Original Blue Chapstick and my guilty pleasure is Taco Bell & Mountain Dew Baja Blast. My friends would say I’m an approachable, outgoing person who is funny, sarcastic, and kind.
